One hour, family friendly, full body workout

Sundays at Roxbury Park (471 South Roxbury Drive Beverly Hills, California)  at 8:30a –  please RSVP before attending and specific meeting location will be provided.

Semi-Private Training 

Short on cash?  Short on time?   Grab a friend, or two, or three and for 30, 45, or 60 minutes of activity!  It’s more than a workout, it’s a built in accountability system.

Health, Fitness and Nutrition Lectures and Activities

Are you the PTA president?  Moms club president? Run a meetup or a mommy group or host a weekly playdate?  If you’re looking for a new, fun activity to educate the group, workout the group and/or workout the kids, call me!  Whether it’s a health, fitness, or nutrition lecture; a workout for the moms with or without the kids; or a super fun activity for the kids I can meet all your health, fitness, and nutrition needs.

Individualized Workout Programming

If you answer yes to ANY of these questions, then Individualized Workout Programming may be for you:

  • I have been working out on my own for 3-6 months and need a new routine
  • I am comfortable with my form and ability to complete familiar exercises while learning to perform new movements
  • I have an unpredictable schedule and need flexibility with my workout times and locations
  • I am motivated to workout on my own

This opportunity would provide you with monthly workouts to keep your workouts improving your fitness and health as well as progressing you towards your goals.  It includes 24/7 access to your trainer without having a set time/place to meet her.


EXERSKILLS is an activity class for youth like no other!  We teach the fundamental movements of any and all sports and games – throwing, kicking, running, agility, strength and flexibility.  Through fun, age appropriate, activities and noncompetitive games kids learn all the necessary skills they need to feel confident with participating in any physical activity.  EXERSKILLS gives kids the opportunity to be creative and have fun with their bodies, as our ultimate goal is to create an environment in which kids develop a lifetime love of physical fitness.

Classes are forming now!  Please contact us for more information or to set up a private class.  All you need is 4-5  friends and we will send one of our highly skilled, extremely fun coaches to instruct.

Wherever you go, there I am!  No worries that business/personal travel or change of living location could affect your training sessions, as long as you have your phone, iPad, tablet, or computer we can still workout together!  See what it looks like from the clients perspective.
