Have a plan

have a plan when you set out to work out.  One night I decided last minute that I was going to head to the gym for literally 30 minutes.  I decided a circuit workout was the best use of my time.  I had some random thoughts floating about which exercises I wanted to do and what would require the least amount of equipment, but in the end I was a little disappointed with the workout and wished I had planned something.  Create a full body workout routine so you have one all set out the next time you spontaneously have 5, 10, or 20 minutes to get in quick workout or want to give your regular walk a boost.  I came home and wrote up a 20 minute circuit workout filled with resistance exercises that work multiple body parts with high intensity cardio in between – sure to be a heart beat raiser for my next last minute workout.
