New Year’s Resolutions

It’s a rough road we walk when we try to keep our weight in check, especially when we’re coming from the bottom of the hill. Having walked this road many times, I do find it easier each time I have to get back on track. But my heart goes out to those of you on your first, or even second trip, where the journey seems so long and sometimes unfruitful. Finding ourselves at that time of year where many people declare the resolution to lose weight, make sure you make a realistic goal. It’s all about creating a plan that works for you, your life, and most of all, your body.
