Vacation workout 2

Enjoying a couple days off with the fam. Have tried making it to the “athletic club,” but with no success.

While playing with my toddler today in the 3 inch deep pool I realized it was the perfect location for a workout! For those who attend my Sunday morning classes, they know how much I love animal workouts – workouts thy use movements that imitate animals. So, I started duck walking, crab walking, and frog jumping back and forth across the pool. The added resistance was amazing! Then, I did walking planks, but used only my hands and kept my body parallel to the pool floor. I had to do an exercise I could only perform in the pool- forwards, backwards and sideways. Twenty minutes later and I finally got in a workout!
