Past classes

Welcome to the classes that were awesome, but had to be suspended for a variety of reasons.  I leave them here for you to peruse and revive if desired or to inspire a similar style class to the convenience of you and your friends.  Please read and contact me with ideas, comments, and/or questions.

 

Mommy and Me Exercise Classes – Indoor classes (Past classes)

Tuesdays at Giggles n’ Hugs in Century City Mall at 9:30a – Weekly lectures and activities covering topics in health, fitness, nutrition, and wellness.  Check back every Sunday for the topic of the week!  *These classes have also been suspended, if you are interested in hosting a lecture or activity, please contact me.

One hour full body workout, including cardiovascular and resistance exercise classes at Treehouse Social Club.  Mom gets a workout and kids get to play!  Free babysitting included with cost of class. *Unfortunately, the Treehouse Social Club has closed its doors.  If you are interested in this type of exercise class, please contact me.

Mommy and Me Exercise Classes – Park classes (Past classes)

Mondays at Westside Neighborhood Park 10am (3085 Clyde Ave., Los Angeles, CA 90016) – We meet by the entrance on Clyde Ave. Got toddler?  Then this is the class for you!  Mom gets her workout while the little ones run around the playground, everyone is being active!  T.O.T. Fitness isn’t just about getting mom back into shape, it’s about teaching our kids the importance of health and fitness.  What better to do so than letting them get their sweat on too!  *These classes have been cancelled due to all the moms having babies and schedules changing.  if you like to revive this concept at a park near you, please contact me!

Wednesdays at Pan Pacific Park 10am (7600 Beverly Blvd., Los Angeles, CA) at 10:00a – We meet in front of the community center by the large parking lot on Beverly Blvd.  A good ol’ stroller exercise class, T.O.T. Fitness style!  This ain’t no walk in the park, this is heart pumping, muscle building fun in the sun.  Stairs, hills, and intervals OH, MY!  Kids are in the stroller for about 45/50 minutes, but we keep it moving!  Circuit training at its best where we alternate cardiovascular and resistance exercises, utilizing all the amazing natural environment this park has to offer – stairs, hills, and everything in between.  Last 1/4 of the class is when the fun begins!* After 6 years at PPP, we are moving this class to suit the needs of all the moms who have been with me all these years with grown up kids.  But I LOVE this park, so if you have a group of friends who want to revive this class, I’m in, let me know!
